The current mercury retrograde has me feeling a little stuck in the mud.
I’m motivated, yet I can’t seem to organize all of my thoughts and form them into real ideas or plans. So there’s that.
But, I know it’ll pass, it always does.
Other than that things are good, the weather has been amazing here with the exception of today. Being from New England, these rainy days happen a lot and I find it to be comforting in a way. I’ll take this rainy Sunday as an excuse to sit around in yoga pants with my laptop and a good book.
This week I’m introducing my new weekly update. Every Sunday I’m going to share a few of the things I’ve been enjoying as a way to build more a routine on the blog.
In a Goop-style fashion, here you go…
I had this butternut squash bowl with grass-fed ground beef, sauteed veggies, guacamole, and pomegranate seeds. It basically combines most of my favorite foods into one bite and is super easy to prepare. Win and win!
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been attending a Barre Flow class at this yoga studio. It’s a great workout and the instructor is super friendly. Is it weird that I find pilates and barre to be more challenging than traditional weights and cardio?
I’m planning to go every Saturday that I’m able to.
Luca also sells beautiful locally made jewelry, so if you’re in the San Juan area and looking for an adorable boutique this is it.
I’m planning to order more of the incense soon because they make my apartment smell lovely.
Now I’m off to do some yoga because it’s my rest day and then I’m working on a recipe for the blog. I’ll see you here next week, same time.
What are you eating, doing, and loving?
